a great stay!
birthday cake city views really good service room upgrade
i received a surprise cake for my birthday, a nice touch. i was upgraded to a beautiful room. it included fine city views, which i enjoyed. the customer service was really good .
the tv signal had occasional scrambling on certain channels, a minor inconvenience. it did not affect my overall experience significantly. this issue was addressed promptly by the staff.

excellent service staff preferences good selection great recommendations
i received excellent service at the reception. the staff remembered my preferences. the breakfast buffet offered a good food selection. yoyo at the concierge gave great sightseeing recommendations.
i noticed that the convenient door near the escalator was closed. this made for a longer walk outside.

the staff helped me get a taxi to the airport easily. natsuda directed me to a very good restaurant nearby. the personnel are attuned to your wants. they will help you in every way they can.
the air conditioner was noisy. the hair drier was broken. the exhaust fan was not working.
